The water of His Spirit is flowing, and bringing His peace in its wake; His peace that is speaking over the chaos of storms, of violence, of hatred, and of terror. The water and the peace are being poured out to His people so that they may follow His lead and obey His Word. His people need have no fear of the chaos that surrounds, for He is leading them in love and in mercy through it. His blessing is on them who keep Him as the treasure of their hearts; His faithfulness is toward them who are faithful to Him. His glory will be seen upon them who glorify Him, and He will cause His glorious voice to be heard.
Behold, I will do this new thing; now it shall spring forth. Do you not perceive it?
