Furthermore, God goes farther than any other god by calling His people His children. Children bear their family’s name, and when they do not walk in their family’s ways, they profane their family’s name. The children of God are called to walk in His ways, bearing His name (Num 6:22-27). To not walk in His way is to profane His name, and declare oneself not a family member.

Three adjectives which describe YHVH God, Creator of heaven and earth (our Abba Daddy) stand out in Psalm 104: He is great (remarkable in magnitude, degree, or effectiveness; superior in character and quality), good (favorable, bountiful, profitable, wholesome) and glorious (illustrious; resplendent, magnificent)!

So what is the test of faith? Fruit. The central axis highlights that those who are in the faith do no evil and do what is honorable (as a lifestyle; he is not saying that those who are in the faith never commit a sin as an isolated incident). In other words, Don’t be deceived, flock, because God is not deceived. If you are truly in the faith, then the fruit of your life will be the second witness along with the words of your mouth.
