My own translation from the Hebrew is used in the Chiastic structure below, and differs in a few places from the New King James linked above.
Do not miss the promise of the central axis. When the parents return to YHVH God with all their heart and with all their soul, characterized by paying heed—hearing, and obeying (Strong’s H8085, שמע shama, “to hear, to listen and attend, to hear and answer, to obey or give heed,”)—to all His commandments, to do them, then YHVH circumcises the childrens’ hearts to Him. Any parents praying for prodigals: this promise is for you.
