ESSENTIAL STUDIES.
2 Kings 1, Fire called down
Additional studies: 1 and 2 Kings Index
Now, when the companies of men came from the king, fire came down from heaven at Elijah’s word. Messiah Yeshua also baptizes with the Holy Spirit and with fire, and that fire came down from heaven at His word. However, the fire that Elijah called down consumed those men—until the captain of the third fifty came, trembling at the word of Elijah, and humbled himself before him. Then he did not die. So the third company experienced victory over death (The Sign of Messiah of Resurrection Life, as Yeshua was raised from the dead on the third day), and the fire from heaven did not consume the one who was of a humble and contrite heart. The Gospel of grace is being preached from the History that Prophesies!
Psalm 27, Chiastic structure

When evil comes seeking after me, then I go seeking after YHVH. I may not be strong enough in this life, in my own ability, to escape their evil plans, but YHVH is. He hides me in His pavilion in the time of trouble.
Acts 4, Obeying God and not men
Additional studies: Acts Index
So when the governing authority is governing within its God- ordained boundaries, they will be a terror to evil works, but a praise to that which is good. By all means, let everyone be subject to the governing authorities in all that is RIGHT. But when a governing authority asks you to do something wrong, as they asked Peter and John to stop preaching and teaching in the name of Jesus, then they have stepped over their boundaries and asked you to do something God did not ordain them for, and it becomes our duty to do what is right, regardless of what the governing authority has told us to do or not do. This is the entire principle and argument of the founding fathers in pursuing the American Revolution against the British crown, and it is the entire judgment of the nations at Nuremberg in hanging the Nazi war criminals who were only obeying their governing authority.
