The Word of God is breathed from YHVH’s mouth by the Spirit of God. The Word of God comes from the heart of God, for from the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks (Luk 6:45). The Torah of God is the foundation of the Word of God. So the Torah of God and the Spirit of God are not at enmity, but the Torah of God proceeded from the Spirit of God, and the Spirit of God, when He gives a man another heart, gives him one which is careful to observe all YHVH’s statutes and judgments.
Psalm 140:1-141:10, Chiastic Structure

In the 2C pair, the psalmist has overcome the temptation of evil words, and is speaking true words which are in agreement with the truth of God’s word—which truth is the authentic delight (translated “sweetness” in NKJV) as opposed to the evil and false things the wicked delight in.
Ephesians 4, Truthing in love
Additional studies: Ephesians Index
The Greek grammar literally reads, “truthing in love,” so speaking truth, yet far more than what comes out of the mouth. “Truthing” is to embody truth in all aspects of life: what we say, what we do, how we conduct our affairs, and the way in which we walk. We do truth in love, that is, in Agape Love, Strong’s G26 — strong love, sacrificial love, love exercised by the will without recourse to emotion. ♥
