Read Romans 11 here (text coming …) or at Bible Gateway.
The Greek Testament has no Hebrew paragraph divisions. This is my outline of of Romans so far:

1:16-17, Theme of the letter: the Gospel reveals the righteousness of God;
1:18-5:21, Justification and the righteousness of God;
6:1-8:39, Sanctification and the righteousness of God;
9:1-11:36, God’s righteousness and Israel;
9:1-10:1, God is righteous to show both wrath and mercy to whom He wills, both Jew and Greek;
10:2-3, Israel’s zeal uninformed, being ignorant of God’s righteousness, seeking to establish their own;
10:4-13, God’s righteousness is not of Law but of faith;
10:14-11-3, The case against Israel, but God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew;
11:4-10, The remnant according to the election of grace not of works;
11:11-36, The salvation of Israel and the glory of God;

Romans 11:11-32 Chiastic Structure (and, Romans 10:1-11:32 Chiastic Structure):
Israel’s blindness to their Messiah is temporary, and actually, is God-imposed; for their blindness allows the Gentiles to come into the kingdom of God. Yeshua taught us,
“So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.” Mat 20:16
The Gentiles, who were last according to God’s election, have been first coming into the kingdom of God. The Israelites, who were first according to God’s election, are last coming into the kingdom of God. But coming in, through faith in Messiah Yeshua, they will, and already are.
There is an unscriptural doctrine out there called, Replacement Theology. Replacement theology says that the Church is the replacement for Israel in God’s plan, and that the many promises made to Israel in the Bible are fulfilled in the Christian church, not in Israel. The prophecies in Scripture concerning the blessing and restoration of Israel to the Promised Land are spiritualized or allegorized into promises of God’s blessing for the church.
Romans 11 completely destroys that theology, as well as many passages, and Teaching Tools teaching, from the Hebrew Testament. As antisemitism is on the rise again in our day, it is important to understand exactly what the Bible says.
