The fundamental rights of parents

A few weeks ago I highlighted a recent decision by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which stated that parents have no fundamental rights “to be the exclusive providers of information regarding [s-x]ual matters to their children.” The story has been slowing making its way through the American psyche.
