Vatican official refutes intelligent design

Wow. What do you suppose that the root of this is fear of man, that the Vatican is so afraid of being labeled anti-science and going back to its Galileo mistake that it will never refute anything that modern “science” falsely so-called, will ever propose. It is interesting to note that Answers in Genesis also refutes some of the intelligent design movement, for sound theological and philosophical reasons. But that is not why the Vatican is doing so.
