Read Ezekiel 31 and 32 at Bible Gateway.
The Hebrew paragraph divisions:
Eze 31:1-9 {p} Pharaoh king of Egypt: Are you like Assyria, the cedar in Lebanon, in your greatness
Eze 31:10-14 {p} Because your heart was lifted up, the terrible nation shall cut you down
Eze 31:15-18 {p} Cast down to hell with all those slain by the sword: this is Pharaoh + his multitude
Eze 32:1-2 {s} Lamentation for Pharaoh king of Egypt: you are a young lion + monster in the seas, fouling the rivers
Eze 32:3-10 {p} I will draw you up with My net + put out your light/ many peoples astonished + afraid in your fall
Eze 32:11-16 {p} Sword of the king of Babylon to make Egypt desolate/ lamentation for Egypt + her multitude
Eze 32:17-32 {p} Pharaoh in the Pit with the mighty of nations: Assyria, Elam, Meshech, Tubal, Edom, North, Sidon
The chiastic structure:
1a) Eze 31:1-18 {px3} Pharaoh, whom are you like in your greatness?/ cast down to the Pit;
1a) Eze 31:1-2a, Son of man, say to Pharaoh king of Egypt and to his multitude;
1b) Eze 31:2b-9 {p} Egypt lifted up/ are you like Assyria in the greatness of your height;
1c) Eze 31:10a, Because you have increased in height, and it set its top among the thick boughs;
1d) Eze 31:10b, And its heart was lifted up in its height;
1e) Eze 31:11a, I will deliver it into the hand of the mighty one of the nations, who will deal with it;
central axis) Eze 31:11b, I have driven it out for its wickedness;
2e) Eze 31:12-13, Tthe most terrible of the nations have cut it down/ its ruin abandoned;
2d) Eze 31:14a, So that no trees may ever again exalt themselves for their height;

2b) Eze 31:15-18a, Egypt cast down/ you are like the trees of Eden brought down to the depths of the earth;
2a) Eze 31:18b {p} This is Pharaoh and all his multitude, says the Lord God;
1b) Eze 32:1-2a, Son of man, take up a lamentation for Pharaoh king of Egypt, and say to him;
1c) Eze 32:2b {s} You are like a monster in the seas, troubling the waters + fouling their rivers;
1d) Eze 32:3-8, I will spread My net over you + draw you out/ the extent of your destruction;
1e) Eze 31:9a, I will also trouble the hearts of many peoples;
central axis) Eze 32:9b, “When I bring your destruction among the nations, into the countries which you have not known;”
2e) Eze 32:10 {p} Many peoples astonished at you + their kings horribly afraid in the day of your fall;
2d) Eze 32:11-12, The sword of the king of Babylon upon you/ your multitude fall, plundered, be destroyed;
2c) Eze 32:13-15, Neither animal nor man shall muddy its waters when I make the land desolate/ know I am YHVH;

2a) Eze 32:17-32 {p} Egypt, whom do you surpass in your beauty?/ cast down to the Pit;
1a) Eze 32:17-21, Wail for the multitude of Egypt cast down to the Pit;
1a) Eze 32:17-18, Wail over the multitude of Egypt cast down to the depths of the earth with the famous nations;
central axis) Eze 32:19a, “Whom do you surpass in beauty?”
2a) Eze 32:19b-21, Egypt + Pharaoh gone down with their multitudes, fallen with the uncircumcised slain;
1a) Eze 32:19b-20a, Go down + with the uncircumcised + fallen with those slain by the sword;
1b) Eze 32:20b, Egypt delivered to the sword with all her multitudes;
central axis) Eze 32:21a, The strong among the mighty shall speak to Pharaoh out of the midst of hell;

2) Eze 32:24-25, Elam + her multitude/ slain by the sword/uncircumcised/ caused terror in the land of the living;
3) Eze 32:26-28 Meshech + Tubal + their multitudes/ uncircumcised/ slain/ caused terror in the land of the living;
4) Eze 32:29, Edom + her kings, princes despite their might/ slain by the sword/ uncircumcised;
5) Eze 32:30, Prince of the north + Sidonians/ terror which they caused by their might/ uncircumcised/ slain;
2a) Eze 32:31-32 {p} Pharaoh comforted for his multitude cast down to the Pit;
1a) Eze 32:31a, Pharaoh will see them and be comforted over all his multitude;
1b) Eze 32:31b, Slain by the sword, says the Lord God;
central axis) Eze 32:32a, My terror in the land of the living/ he shall be in the midst of the uncircumcised;
2b) Eze 32:32b, With those slain by the sword;
2a) Eze 32:32c {p} Pharaoh and all his multitude, says the Lord God.
There is another chiastic structure from Eze 29:1-32:32, The prophecy against Egypt, which shares overlapping elements with this one, and the one yesterday. That is started in my notes but will have to wait for the next time to complete it.
Likewise, the references to the glorious tree which was in the garden of God, the garden of Eden, in chapter 31, is a matching element to Eze 28:11-19, and the references to the king of Tyre who was perfect in beauty in the garden of Eden. So there is an even greater structure which probably runs from Eze 25:1-32:32, The prophecies against the nations.
