None of the above desserts require any flour as a component of the dessert itself. The exception is cheesecake, which has such a teeny amount in the filling that it can be safely omitted, and the crust can be made with almond meal instead of flour or cookies.
Furthermore, any desserts which require flour as an integral commponent (such as cakes or pie crust) can be successfully made with all purpose gluten- free flour substituted straight across for wheat flour. With that in mind, any of the desserts below can be made gluten- free.
