The Chiastic structures:
Isaiah 19:1-17 Chiasm: What YHVH has purposed against Egypt
Isaiah 19:18-25 Chiasm: What YHVH has purposed for Egypt
The central portion of the Isaiah 19:18-25 Chiasm is all about the salvation and restoration of Egypt after her desolation. The The Hebrew Root Word parables from vs.20-22 are:
TO CRY ALOUD Strong’s H6817 צעק tsa’aq; searching (tsadey, as a hunter on a trail) diligently with the eye (ayin, eye) outside (the quph transposed from an original chet, fence, outside), for something lost by loudly calling.
TO SEND Strong’s H7971 שלח shalach; a sharp point (the shin transposed from an original sin, thorn) at the tip of a staff (lamed, shepherd’s staff) like a shoot of a young plant when it breaks through the barrier (chet, wall or fence) of the earth; thus, “to send forth,” as the seed sends forth its shoot.
SAVIOR Strong’s H3467 ישע yasha; actively (yud, the closed hand and its actions) and sharply, diligently (shin, front teeth, two) watching (ayin, eye) for danger. We still say, “Look sharp!” to mean, “Look carefully without letting anything escape your notice.”
MIGHTY ONE from Strong’s H7231 רבב rabab; the head (resh, head) of the multiplied families (bet + bet, family doubled indicating multiplication); the master who rules all conflicts and contests; abundant in authority and wisdom (Exo 18:25).
The grammar of the Hebrew indicates that YHVH will send, in response to their cries, a savior and a mighty one, that is, one man fulfilling both roles, who will deliver them. This is a prophecy of Messiah Yeshua, who was sent in His first advent as a Savior, and will be in His second advent as the Mighty One, the King of kings and Lord of lords.
TO DELIVER Strong’s H5337, נצל natsal; when that which sustains the next generation (nun) is lost or in danger, we hunt for it (tsadey) in order to draw it out (lamed) as a shepherd uses his staff to draw out the sheep from thorn bushes.
TO KNOW Strong’s H3045, ידע yada; it is by doing (yud, the hand which acts) that we enter into (dalet) knowing or understanding (ayin).
TO STRIKE Strong’s H5062 נגף nagaph; to initiate (nun, the seed as a first cause) a response (gimel, as movement toward) resulting in a blow (pey, as an open wound).
TO HEAL Strong’s H7495, רפא rapha; a man (resh) with an open wound (pey, as an opening of the body), mended by one with the power (aleph) to do so.
TO RETURN Strong’s H7725 שוב shuv; to again (shin) secure oneself (vav) to the house (bet).
TO ENTREAT Strong’s H6279 עתר atar; the curling, twisting (ghah, the original pictograph absorbed into the ayin) smoke of incense marks (tav, as a covenant sign) a request made to the greater (resh, as the chief or head).
