YHVH is our Redeemer, who provided a Kinsman-Redeemer for us in the descendant of Boaz and Ruth, Yeshua haMashiach, our Redeemer! We made our lot bitter through sin, but YHVH did not forsake His kindness to the living or the dead. He has not left us without a Redeemer. For even when life looks its most bitter, YHVH has gone ahead of us and made provision for us. As we give to others, we cannot stop up the blessing that YHVH pours out to us! ♥

His steadfast love is forever (‘endures’ is not in the Hebrew). ‘Steadfast love’ is Strong’s H2617, chesed, an abstract concept from Strong’s H2616 חסד chasad, “to be kind, merciful, or loyal.” The parable the Hebrew Root Word is telling is of the wall (chet) of protection (sin) behind which one shelters when the door (dalet) is opened (see Joh 10:9). Here chesed should be translated as “steadfast love” in English Bibles as it emphasizes His enduring, unwavering commitment (“His steadfast love chesed is forever” Psa 136:1). It describes the covenant loyalty of chesed as an act of will and reliability. Chesed can also be translated as “lovingkindness” or “mercy” depending on the context. It’s a word without a direct English equivalent, instead indicating a covenantal love-mercy-loyalty blend.
