The Torah which Moses wrote by the inspiration of the Spirit, taking dictation from the mouth of God, contains the history of the world, and man, and Israel, and the Ten Commandments, and the detailed explanation of what keeping the Ten Commandments looks like. The Torah is God’s Law. The Torah expounds on the Ten. It is a not a new set of 613 laws. There are Ten Laws, or Words, from the mouth of God. Yeshua taught us that the Torah, which is summarized by the Ten Words, can be even more summarized by the Two Commands to Love God, and Love our Neighbor (Mar 12:29-31). And Paul summarized the Two Commands by One Word: Love (Rom 13:8). The Torah is the Law of Love.
