The only instruction we are given about the food for the Feast of Unleavened Bread, is that we are to eat unleavened bread for seven days. The menu is not mandated (as it is for Passover), other than we are to consume unleavened bread. Other than that, anything goes as long as we abstain from leaven.
Furthermore, the 1st and 7th days of Unleavened Bread are high holy Sabbaths to the Lord, in which we do no work, and gather together to worship, feast, and celebrate with each other (Lev 23:4-8). The feast meal for the 1st day of Unleavened Bread is the Passover meal, and I also make a special feast meal on the 7th day of Unleavened Bread, besides the special feast meal for the Sabbath that falls in that week, and the special feast meal for Firstfruits. I love holidays!
