Read Psalm 70 at Bible Gateway.
The Hebrew paragraph divisions:
1 Make haste, O God, to deliver me! Make haste to help me, O Lord!
2 Let them be ashamed and confounded Who seek my life; Let them be turned back and confused Who desire my hurt.
3 Let them be turned back because of their shame, Who say, “Aha, aha!”
4a Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; {n}
4b And let those who love Your salvation say continually, “Let God be magnified!”
5a But I am poor and needy; Make haste to me, O God! {n}
5b You are my help and my deliverer; O Lord, do not delay. {p}
The chiastic structure is a simple reverse parallelism:
1a) Psa 70:1, Make haste, O God, to deliver + help me;
1b) Psa 70:2-3, Let those who seek my life + hurt be ashamed + confounded/Shamed + confused who say “Aha!”
2b) Psa 70:4, Let those who seek You rejoice + be glad {n} /Say continually, “Let God be magnified!”
2a) Psa 70:5, I am poor + needy; Make haste, O God! {n} /You are my help + deliverer. {p}
