I have posted the menus with links to recipes I used in this detox with Sarah in 2010 if it will help to see how the must haves can be mixed up differently for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks:
detox day one
detox day two
detox day three

crucifers (daily: cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, or broccoli sprouts; 1 c raw or 1/2 c cooked)
leafy greens (daily: parsley, kale, watercress, chard, cilantro, collards, escarole, beet, dandelion, turnip, or mustard greens; 1 c raw or 1/2 c cooked)
citrus (daily: 1 orange, 2 tangerines or clementines, or the juice of 1/2 a lemon or lime – NO grapefruit!)
sulfer rich (daily: 1 clove garlic, 1/2 c cooked onion, or 2 eggs)
liver healing (daily: 1 small or 4 cooked hearts of artichoke, 1/2 c cooked asparagus or beets, 2 stalks celery, raw or cooked, or 1 c dandelion root tea)
fiber rich (daily: 2 servings of 2-3 T ground flaxseeds, 1 raw carrot, apple, or pear, or 1 c raw berries)
protein (daily: 2 servings — 4 oz each — of beef, veal, lamb, chicken, turkey, or fish)
omega-3 rich fat (daily: 1-2 T olive, flaxseed, coconut, or fish oil; or avocado)
gluten-free unrefined carbohydrates
desserts (yes you can have dessert!)
Do not forget to drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day.
